Program/Service Notes:

A Rental Information Sheet with rental fee schedules, required deposits, and applicable club rules for caterers, bands and DJs, and decorators and florists, is available from the Club. Fees vary for weekdays or weekend and whether or not kitchen facilities are to be used. A returnable damage deposit is also required. A deposit must be made within two weeks of making a tentative hold on a date.  They rent an Auditorium with a maximum capacity of about 250 for dinner without dancing and 200 for a sit down dinner with dancing.  They also rent a South Wing accommodating about 50 persons for a sit down dinner. One or both can be rented. A professional, licensed, insured caterer is required for food preparation and/or service. Alcoholic beverages are permitted but must be served by  a professional bartender.
