Director: Linda Perilstein

Cradle of Hope is a licensed, nonprofit adoption agency founded in 1990 by adoptive parents.  They have placed children with families across the United States and abroad  
and can assist families living outside the U.S. 
 
They have placed more than 2,300 children from the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, China and Latin America.  Approximately 15-20 children a month from Russia.  
Work actively in China and Guatemala, where primarily healthy infants are available.  
Member agency of the Joint Council on International Children's' Services, and the Maryland Coalition for Adoption.
