Not-for-profit Jewish community cemetery open to entire Greater Washington area and operated by a board of Jewish community leaders and open to members of all congregations as well as those unaffiliated with a congregation. Convenient location near Interstate 270. 24 hour professional assistance.  Reasonably priced burial plots. Choices in burial methods and locations. 300 seat chapel to be built.
Hosts annual High Holiday Memorial Service. 
Since its dedication and consecration on September 10, 2000, twelve Washington area congregations - among them Orthodox, Conservative, Reform and Reconstructionist- have chosen the Garden of Remembrance as their official congregation cemetery. These partner congregations have purchased special reserved cemeteries within the Memorial Park on behalf of their members. Each cemetery is clearly designated by signage with the name of the partner congregation.
Burial sections are also available for individuals and families unaffiliated with a congregation, individuals and families who belong to a congregation not affiliated with the Garden of Remembrance, families who wish to purchase a small section of four or more burial plots, and groups and families interested in special Forest Glade burial areas comprised of 20 individual plots set in a tranquil site surrounded by trees. 
Available Memorials and Markers: Upright granite memorials, Flat granite foot markers, and Flat bronze foot markers.
