List is now available of Swiss bank account holders who were victims of Nazi persecution.  The list is part of the claims process under the Settlement of the Holocaust Victim Assets class action litigation. Applications available on website. 
Individuals who believe that they are owners, or heirs of owners of the accounts in the list must file an application. Applications may only be submitted for the accounts on the list.
Deadline for filing new applications: July 13, 2005
