Troop Organizer and Leader: Stefanie Schwartz  

Bimonthly programs for any girls from ages 1st to 8th grade. The Girl Scout Program uses fun activities, crafts, exercises, and outings to enable each girl to work towards the four Girl Scout goals of developing individual potential, relating to others with understanding, skill and respect, developing values as a basis for actions and decision making, and contributing to the improvement of society in cooperation with others.  
Focusing on Jewish activities, combining the values of Judaism with the girl scouting values.
Most activities in Olam Tikvah synagogue with an outing once a month.  Sponsored by Olam Tikvah Sisterhood.  If you are not a member of Olam Tikvah and there is space available a girl can join; but first priority goes to members.


The troops draw from Congregation Olam Tikvah, Gesher Jewish Day School, and Chabad.
Three troops:
1. Joint Junior/Cadette troop, grades 5-8. Meets two Sundays a month fro 12-3.
2. Brownie troop, grades 1-4. Meets two Sundays a month at various times in the afternoon.
3.  Younger Brownie troop, grades 1-2. Meets one or two Sundays a month at various times, including mornings.

Eligibility: If you are not a member of Olam Tikvah and there is space available a girl can join; but first priority goes to members. For any girls from ages 1st-8th grade.

Fees: Annual registration and membership dues, fees for some programs.

Service Area: Annandale/Fairfax/Vienna/Oakton area

Intake Process: Just contact the synagogue or email the scout leader
