Counseling with Disabled Adults, including those with physical, cognitive, developmental or chronic medical disabilities. Accepts Medicare and Medicaid. Provides supportive counseling, social skills training, illness self-management skills, cognitive-behavioral therapy, assertiveness training, support for clients wishing to increase their independence and self-determination. Provides family counseling when relationship difficulties need to be addressed in order for the adult with a disability to accomplish his or her treatment goals. Program provides assessment, case management, counseling, in-home support and advocacy.  Workshops and support groups.

Caring Partner Program- a family can hire a social worker to developed an individuated program and provide care management of a disabled adult.  Including assessment, care planning, education, and future care.

Clients with limited means can be seen in their homes or in our office on a sliding scale according to their income if they cannot afford the full fee.  In addition, family members such as parents who do have the means can enroll their adult children with disabilities in our lifelong advocacy service for a rate of $1050 for 25 hours of service, which comes to $42/hour.
