Program/Service Notes:

Shabbat services at 9:30am: They meet at the Washington Ethical Society on 16th St. NW (Corner of 16th and Kalmia St.) (metro to Silver Spring or bus to the front door.) Child care and children's education programs run concurrently with Shabbat services. Light kiddush after services.

Kabbalat Shabbat services followed by a vegetarian/dairy potluck meal at a member's home one Friday evening a month. 

No-tickets-required, free High holiday services are held at a Presbyterian church on New York Avenue. Child care and children's educational programming are available.

Adult Jewish education, Social action & outreach, Disabled Access, camp scholarships. 

Founded in 1971 integrates prayer, study, social action, charitable and other aspects of Jewish life.  Sponsors Project Hope, assists two formerly homeless families.  S.O.M.E.- soup kitchen.  Has a tzedakah group which researches Jewish and secular organizations to recommend financial donations.

Membership: Individual $460 per year; Family $920 per year, supporter $100 per year 

Special consideration is given to those not able to meet annual membership fees.

Fabrangen West--Vienna, VA 

In addition to our regularly scheduled Shabbat services, a minyan in Northern Virginia using the service format of Fabrangen has been meeting monthly at a home in Vienna.
