ARMDI is the exclusive authorized fundraising organization in the United States for Magen David Adom in Israel,  which assists Israel's National Medical Disaster Services, Israel's National Ambulance Service, National Blood Service and Fractionation Center, Israel's National Red Cross. ARMDI also supports paramedic training for emergency volunteers. Magen David Adom supplies 100 percent of the blood needed by the IDF and 98 percent of the blood requirements of all the hospitals throughout Israel.  The need for donors for new ambulances is imperative.
