The National Council for the Child was established in 1979 to protect and advance children's rights. The NCC operates on several complementary fronts as it seeks change in legislation, policy and practice through constant observation , advocacy , representation , research , public information and education. 

The International Youth Foundation (IYF) is working in close to 70 countries and territories to improve the conditions and prospects for young people where they live, learn, work, and play. Established in 1990 to bring worldwide resources to young people in need, IYF works with hundreds of companies, foundations, and civil society organizations to strengthen and "scale up" existing programs that are making a positive and lasting difference in young lives.

Hours: Sun-Thurs, 9-4

Eligibility: Assists any child living in the state of Israel up to the age of 18. Anyone can call for Anyone can call for services.

Fees: Donations accepted
