Affordable independent housing for seniors. Must be independent and 62 years or older.  Have architectural features for individuals who are mobility impaired. Waiting list averages 3-6 months (6-8 months couples). Maintains 249 unfurnished 1 bedroom apartments.
Services include one evening meal daily, various activities, snack bar that serves breakfast and lunch. Convenience store with food and toiletries. Dining room on the lower level. Lounge on every floor and library on the 4th and 5th floor.  Transportation provided to local area shopping 2-3 times per week. Part time activities coordinator and social worker.
Special note: Maximum income level cannot exceed $41,700 for a single person; $47,700 for couple. per HUD guidelines. If above maximum can still apply for a fair market value housing (separate list)
Minimum - $14,700 for single; $15,040 for couple. If don't meet minimum, family must sign support document.
