Cultivates and manages community resources, central fundraising agency in the Jewish community. Provides leadership development and many volunteer opportunities, and strives to ensure a quality Jewish life here, in Israel and around the world. Funds 33 beneficiary agencies and programs. Divided into affinity divisions: Business & Entrepreneurs, Lawyers, Community Leadership, Northern Virginia, Medical-Dental, Women's, Technology, Next Generation, Life Sciences, Real Estate, and Philanthropic Leadership Group It is estimated that some 280,000 people are serviced in DC VA and MD...which includes some 13 county governments.
Super Sunday will be held on January 27th, 2008.
Missions Department plans single, family and community missions to Israel and other Jewish communities around the world.  Personalized missions are available.
