Cultivates and manages community resources, provides leadership development and many volunteer opportunities, and strives to ensure a quality Jewish life in Northern Virginia, and in Israel and around the world. Northern Virginia Leadership Council produces NOVA News.  Other programs include seminars, speakers and events in addition to helping callers with information.
