Program/Service Notes:

The Harry & Jeannette Weinberg Health & Fitness Center is available to JCC members seven days a week. Our facilities open early and close late to accommodate busy schedules. In the Health & Fitness Center, members enjoy use of: 
State-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment 
Full circuit of Cybex® strength-training equipment 
Indoor and outdoor swimming pools 
Adults-only locker rooms 
Massage rooms 
Saunas 
Steam rooms 
Jacuzzis 
TV lounge 
Weight room overlooking cardio area 
Racquetball and squash courts 
Basketball courts and outdoor Bankshot™ Basketball court 
An international convertible squash/racquetball court 
State-of-the-art 1,700 sq. ft. group exercise studio featuring a "sport court" cushioned floor 
Unlimited, free group excercise classes 
Indoor playground with specially designed soft play area 
Bright, clean locker rooms 
Unisex changing room 
Companion-accessible locker room 
Surround sound in the exercise areas 
Free exercise orientation with a certified personal trainer 
Free admission to Family Gym-the Sunday-only indoor exercise area for children age 2-6 
Floor staff that is personal trainer certified 
Towel Service (nominal fee) 
Babysitting (nominal fee) 
Please note: Children under age 13 are not permitted to use the fitness area. Teens age 13-15 must complete an exercise orientation session in order to use the facility. 


Location: The JCC is located in Rockville, Maryland, at the northeast corner of Montrose Road and East Jefferson Street, two blocks west of Rockville Pike and one mile east of Route I-270 (Montrose Road East exit). The facilities are accessible by Metro (Twinbrook Station on the Red Line) and by bus.
