Adas Israel offers its members many ways to participate in the mitzvah of Tzedakah, Tikun Olam ("repairing the world") and Gemilut Chasadim ("acts of loving kindness").

Adas Israel Congregation offers a wide assortment of programs for adults who want to begin or continue their Jewish education. Through this extensive program, adults can sharpen their Jewish skills, explore Jewish concepts, and analyze Jewish responses to contemporary issues. Programs include Jewish Literacy, Hebrew Literacy, Sunday Adult Torah, Learners' Minyanim Shabbat Services, Scholars-in-Residence, Adult Bat Mitzvah, Adult Bar Mitzvah, two courses for couples: Making Mishpacha and Seven Blessings, a conversion course, bookclubs, Bible study. Two annual retreats are led by the Rabbis. 
In addition, Adas Israel co-sponsors courses with the Jewish Studies Center, Florence Melton Adult-Mini School, and The Foundation for Jewish Studies, all of which offer classes on a wide range of topics. Flyers and registration forms for select Adas Israel adult education programs and classes will be available for downloading 1-2 months prior to the beginning of the class.
