Operates 11 ElderBuses and one van.  Six ElderBuses and one van serve the Albert & Helen Misler Adult Day Center. Other buses provide door to door group transportation to recreational programs like luncheons, JCC programs, and shopping, mostly via set routes in Montgomery County.  Special trips are offered throughout the region whenever possible. 

An Opportunity Grant Fund enables the Agency to reduce fares if they present a hardship to our passengers.  An outreach worker maintains existing Connect-A-Ride (C-A-R) service for Montgomery County and Northern Virginia and provides limited scholarships for emergency trips metro-wide.
Supported by many individuals and organizations including the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington. 

Buses/vans are available for rent for transporting bar/bat mitzvah guests/out of town guests, etc. on a  per hour basis.  Minimum three hour rental, $55 per hour.  This service is available throughout the Metropolitan Region.

10 buses are 20 seaters the last 4 seats convert to 2 wheelchair positions; 1 bus is a
23 seater;  1 bus is a 12 seater 2 double seats convert to 2 wheelchair positions


JCC Schedule:
Monday 
Picks up from the JCC area, goes through Kemp Mill and White Oak ending at the Ring House.
Wednesday
One bus going to Cofield Center in Silver Spring from Kemp Mill and White Oak. 
Cofield is located off East West Highway and Grubb Road.
Thursday
One bus starts from White Oak and Kemp Mill to the JCC.
Second bus starts at Leisure World through Kemp Mill and White Oak to Har Tzion.
Friday
Picks up in Kemp Mill and White Oak, goes to the JCC.

Eligibility: Any elder person over the age of 55 or disabled

Fees: $2 for round trip to JCC, shopping at specific locations: for residents of University, Blair and Cathedral Ave for shopping. Group hourly rate of $55/hour, 3 hours minimum, time starts and ends at their lot.

Service Area: Montgomery County, a little of DC, group trips – wherever they want to go within a 200 mile radius.

Intake Process: Call for reservation

Operating Agency: Jewish Council for the Aging (Federation Beneficiary)
