Has a kosher deli not under rabbinical supervision, but that operates "using all the practices that are expected" of a kosher facility.  
The deli in the 130,000 square-foot-store carries Empire turkey breast and smoked turkey breast, Hebrew National corned beef, pastrami and long salami, and cheese with rennet that is synthetic rather than of animal origin. 
Hand-sliced smoked salmon is available, as well as prepared foods such as kugel, potato latkes, stuffed cabbage and beef brisket. The store also will sell kosher packaged beef and chicken, as well as cooked rotisserie chickens and chicken salad
Packaged items are also available.
Kosher foods prepared at the store will be "produced in the kosher deli" and "not made where other [nonkosher] products" are sold. Kosher certifications from the companies that supply kosher foods to Wegmans are available for customers to examine if they wish. 
An expanded selection of kosher products will be available for Pesach. 
Off of Route 28 about 20 miles from Route 495.
