Program/Service Notes:

Associate Education Officer: Meredith Polsky

High school students entering 9th through 12th grade are invited to apply to participate in a week-long summer training institute to become aides in congregational school classrooms and youth groups, helping children and teens with special needs experience succeed in these settings. Training will continue throughout the year at monthly sessions that will enable teens to share their experiences, problem-solve, and gain additional strategies for their work. Community service credit will be available as well as possible stipends.  For more information, or to receive an application, please contact Meredith Polsky.

Fall 2008 training:  Aug 18, 19, 20 1-4:30pm and Sep 7, 21 4-5:30pm
